Audio settings for SlingPlayer 2.0 for Windows
SlingPlayer 2.0 for Windows gives you a variety of audio settings. Here's how they work.
To mute audio:
Choose Player from the Settings menu, then select Mute Audio.
The audio is muted, leaving just video.
To unmute audio:
Choose Player from the Settings menu, then select Un-Mute Audio.
The audio muting is removed, and you can hear audio as well as seeing video.
Note: You can also mute audio by clicking the speaker icon in the SlingPlayer window. (It's to the left of the volume slider.)
Stereo, Left Channel, Right Channel, and Mono modes
If your A/V device receives stereo broadcasts, you can listen to those broadcasts in stereo, even when you're watching your TV away from home. You can also choose to listen to the left channel only, the right channel only, or in mono mode, in which the same audio comes out of both the left and the right channels simultaneously. (That's different from stereo, which has different audio for the left and the right channels.)

Audio only mode
If you like, you can stream audio without any video. Use Audio Only mode when the network you're using is slow or poor quality, and you don't mind hearing only audio without seeing any video. You can also use this mode when you're listening to music and want to minimize the amount of network bandwidth that you're using.
To listen in audio only mode:
Choose Player from the Settings menu, then choose Audio Only.
