I lost my SlingPlayer key number. What do I do?
You can retrieve your product registration key for most versions of SlingPlayer.
How was my registration key originally sent to me?
When you purchase SlingPlayer directly from the Sling Media Store, your product registration key displays onscreen as soon as the transaction is complete. You're also sent an email that contains your order information, including your product registration key.
If you didn't print the screen when you placed the order, and you can't find the email that you were sent, you can retrieve your SlingPlayer product registration key from the Sling Media Store ... but only if you originally purchased SlingPlayer there.
You can't retrieve your SlingPlayer key this way if:

You are using SlingPlayer for iPhone or iPod touch. These products are only available from the Apple iTunes Store. Try to re-sync your device with iTunes on your computer.

You are using SlingPlayer for Windows Phone that you purchased from the Windows Mobile Marketplace. Use the account info that you use with Windows Mobile Marketplace.

You are using SlingPlayer for Android. Use the account info that you use with Android Market.

You are using a SlingPlayer registration key that you obtained through a promotion of some kind. Check the source of the promotion for more info.
To retrieve your SlingPlayer key from the Sling Media Store:

Use the link to the right to go to the Sling Media Online Store. (But finish reading these steps first.)

When the Sling Media Online Store opens, click Order Status, on the right side of the page.

After you click Order Status, the Order Information page opens.
Log in using the second option: the email address and the last 5 digits of the credit card that you used when you purchased the SlingPlayer key.
The Order Search Results page opens.

On the Order Search Results page, click the order number to select your order.
The Order Details page opens. -
On the Order Details page, look under Product Name to see your SlingPlayer product key.
