How to uninstall SlingPlayer 2.0 for Windows
Please note that this legacy software is no longer supported, so we recomment that you try our web-based solution called Watch on Slingbox.com, which you can access by entering the URL: http://watch.slingbox.com.
To uninstall SlingPlayer 2.0, follow these steps:

Quit the SlingPlayer application.

Launch the Windows Control Panel and click on Uninstall a program (note that the appearance of the Control Panel will vary for different versions of Windows):

Select SlingPlayer from the list of applications and click Uninstall this program:

Important note about configuration settings: If asked to save your SlingPlayer configurations when uninstalling, normally you would select Yes. However, when troubleshooting an issue that requires the re-installation of SlingPlayer, you may need to remove those configuration settings. If you opt to remove your configuration settings, please note that:

You may need to create new Favorites lists.

You may need to add Slingboxes to your Directory again.

Your current SlingPlayer settings may be lost, including any proxy server settings or custom SlingPlayer encoding settings.
To reinstall the application, go to the link http://support.slingbox.com/go/downloads to download the latest version of SlingPlayer 2.0 for Windows.
