- What countries is SlingPlayer for Connected Devices available in?

Currently, it works only with US-based Slingbox devices.
- Which Slingbox models are compatible with SlingPlayer for Connected Devices?

It works with the Slingbox SOLO and the Slingbox PRO-HD.
- I already have a Logitech Revue, how do install SlingPlayer?

Already have SlingPlayer for Connected Devices?
- I can't connect to my Slingbox using SlingPlayer for Connected Devices. It worked before, but now it's not working. What should I do?

Are you able to connect remotely to your Slingbox using your computer? Try using Watch on Slingbox.com from a supported browser on your desktop or laptop computer. If that doesn't work, then check your Slingbox and all connections. Once that's working, then SlingPlayer for Connected Devices should work, too.
- I can't connect to my Slingbox using SlingPlayer for Connected Devices. I've not used it before. What should I do?

Here are a few things to check:
- Has Internet Viewing been set up correctly on your Slingbox? Check to see that you can connect remotely to your Slingbox using Watch on Slingbox.com on your computer.
- Are all of the overall system requirements met? Is your Slingbox firmware up-to-date? You can check that by going to Setup on Slingbox.com (there's a link to the right). If the firmware inside your Slingbox needs updating, Setup on Slingbox.com tells you.
- Can you connect to the Internet on your connected device at all? Check using other apps, or the browser on the device.
- Can you sign into your Sling Account successfully, either using Slingbox.com on a computer, or SlingPlayer on a mobile device?
