Troubleshooting

After 2.0 update SlingPlayer won't control Slingbox

Having trouble controlling your Slingbox since updating to SlingPlayer 2.0 for Windows on your desktop computer?

All versions of SlingPlayer for Mobile Devices require an update once you've updated your Slingbox using the latest SlingPlayer. If you updated your desktop SlingPlayer to the new 2.0 version for Windows or to the 1.0.6 version for Mac, you also need to update your SlingPlayer for Mobile Devices.

Please visit the Sling Media download pages for information on how to download and install the new software on your phone. Just click the Download tab at the top of this window.
