SlingCatcher freezes after streaming video from a Slingbox for a long time

We are aware of an issue with the SlingCatcher freezing after streaming video for a long time. Here are some details.

We are aware of an issue witht he SlingCatcher where - after watching video from your Slingbox for a very long time - the SlingCatcher may freeze up. You can tell when the the screen looks like you hit pause on the video, there is no sound, and the SlingCatcher is unresponsive to the remote.

You must restart your SlingCatcher to recover from this situation.

To restart the SlingCatcher all you need to do is tap the Reset button on the back.

DO NOT HOLD DOWN RESET BUTTON OR YOU WILL FORCE SLINGCATCHER TO GO BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS.
