When I watch using Watch on Slingbox.com or SlingPlayer, the colors are all wrong. Sometimes, the picture is mostly green. What should I do?

Here's what you need to do to fix this. It's very simple.

1. Check your video cable connections.
Make sure that all of the cables are connected properly (red cable to red connector, blue to blue, green to green, etc.). Also, make sure that they're all seated firmly in the ports.

2. If that doesn't work, try new cables.
Cables can sometimes fail because of a bad connector or because of internal damage to the wires.
