Are you seeing poor video quality from HD A/V sources on the Slingbox PRO? Here's what to do.

If you're connecting your Slingbox PRO to an HD A/V source, be sure the Slingbox PRO Software is up to date.

If you have a Slingbox PRO and are connecting your HD A/V source using HD Connect, be sure that you update the Slingbox Software (also called "firmware"). Having the latest Software greatly enhances the video quality coming from your HD A/V source, especially when there is text on the screen or a lot of motion.

The latest Slingbox PRO Software also solves some quality issues that appeared in a previous Software version.

To get the latest Slingbox PRO Software, download and install the latest version of SlingPlayer for your computer and your country. If you have older Software, you'll be prompted to update your Slingbox Software during installation. If you're not prompted, your Software is up to date.
