Are you unable to log in to Sling Account using SlingPlayer 2.0.x?
The Scenario:
After normal troubleshooting, you find that you are unable to login into your Sling Account using SlingPlayer 2.0.x for Windows.
Attempting to bring up the login window may result in display anomalies such as this:

Additionally, if Internet Explorer is open, you might be seeing error messages stating: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer".
The Solution:
In certain cases, it has been determined that this behavior can be caused by blocked Javascript within Internet Explorer (or other browsers). Typically this may occur with Windows XP or later.
Unblock Javascript within your system. This should help to resolve the issue and allow you to log in to your Sling Account normally!
Typically Javascript may be blocked from within the IE browser. Here's how to unblock it:
Launch IE, navigate to Tools > Internet Options > Security and change the security settings slider to Medium (see screenshot below).

- Quit IE and relaunch SlingPlayer. You should now be able to log in to your Sling Account normally!
