Owned your Sling stuff longer than one year?

You can call us to purchase a single support incident.

Note that purchases of SlingPlayer software apps for your mobile device (SlingPlayer for Android Phones, SlingPlayer for iPad, etc.) also come with one year of free support, so if you are trying to use your recently purchased SlingPlayer app with a Slingbox that is outside of the one year window, you can still call us for help!

Please do not try to chat us if you are outside your complimentary support period. We won't be able to help until you give us a call.
