Slingbox, SlingPlayer, SlingLink, and SlingCatcher customers within the first 90 days of ownership are eligible for complimentary support. Contact information is on the right.


Owned your Slingbox or SlingCatcher longer than 90 days?

You can call us to purchase an extended care agreement or a single support incident.

Note that purchases of SlingPlayer software apps for your mobile device (SlingPlayer for Android tablets, SlingPlayer for iPad, etc.) also come with 90 days of free support, so if you are trying to use your recently purchased SlingPlayer app with a Slingbox that is outside of that 90 day window, you can still call us for help!

Please do not try to chat us if you are outside your complimentary support period. We won't be able to help until you give us a call.

If you are outside your free support period for your Sling Media product and would like to get some help from our support team, we have a few paid options available.
Why does Sling Media Charge for Technical Support?
Like many companies, we provide 90 days of free tech support with every product we sell. After that time, you have to pay a small fee, and that can be irritating to some. We want you to have the best possible experience with your Sling Media product, so why do we charge for support?
