Owned your Slingbox or SlingCatcher longer than 90 days?
You can call us to purchase an extended care agreement or a single support incident.
Note that purchases of SlingPlayer software apps for your mobile device (SlingPlayer for Android tablets, SlingPlayer for iPad, etc.) also come with 90 days of free support, so if you are trying to use your recently purchased SlingPlayer app with a Slingbox that is outside of that 90 day window, you can still call us for help!
Please do not try to chat us if you are outside your complimentary support period. We won't be able to help until you give us a call.
