How to make the best use of this support site

For the best support experience, read on.

First and foremost, log in to your account. This tells us which products you have, and if they're in warranty. To log in, click Login in the upper right corner of the screen:


This is also where you can create an account or change your password.

If you haven't yet purchased a Slingbox and don't have an account, you can still browse our web site and, hopefully, get your questions answered.
